Women's Mountain Skills Weekend
Our women's walking skills weekend is run by Anna, one of our experienced instructors. She loves being out and about eploring the mountains, over the two days she will equip you with the skills to start independantly enjoying the mountains for yourself. This course is designed to be a relaxed introduction for those looking to gain new skills and confidence in the outdoors.

Clothing and what to bring
Navigation
Weather
Environmental knowledge
Hazards and emergency procedures
Instructor to client ratio 1:6
Price includes instruction for one participant.
What to bring:
Waterproof jacket and trousers, warm Layers (fleeces or sythetic insulated jackets), clothing you can move freely in (eg stretchy sports/walking clothing), stiff soled walking boots, a packed lunch each day, water bottle, rucksack (big enough to carry personal items + some extra equipment), sun cream, hat (Sun/wooly depending on the season), gloves.
Waterproof OS Map OL17 (Snowdon) and a compass (we recommend Silva Exped 4)
